EXPERIENCE
Before founding Paik Deal, we honed our craft by practicing as litigators at major law firms, as a federal prosecutor, and as in-house counsel. We have successfully litigated a wide range of cases, including white-collar criminal matters, complex business disputes, employment matters, and various other actions. Our experience spans multiple industries, including life sciences, national defense, consumer products, construction, restaurants, and non-profit organizations. We have secured appellate victories for our clients and made new law in cases of first impression in various courts around the Commonwealth.
